As part of this year’s National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration will host an interactive, talk show-style event to discuss the importance of integrating behavioral health and primary care for children, youth and young adults with mental and substance use disorders. Four panels will feature health experts, and Olympic athletes Michael Phelps and Allison Schmitt will serve as Awareness Day 2017 honorary chairpersons.
